Field of Light is a 15 acre artwork with over 58,000 spheres of light. The work allows you to commune with nature, moving through the landscape. In recent years there has been an influx of artworks that people can move through and interact with, rather than simply view. It is interesting to think about the values of these works. What role do they fill in the art world? Do you think that these sorts of works are only momentarily sensational, or will they stand the test of time?
