I would like to take this opportunity to write about an article under the guise of writing about said article’s author. The author, Tim Kreider, is a cartoonist and essayist for The New York Times; as clever as he seems to be miserable, Kreider has a unique approach to both the written word and the multi-panel comic, which he showcases on his two websites.
This article is impeccably written. You would never expect an article beginning with an anecdote about renting a herd of goats to figuratively punch you in the face upon its conclusion. If you have ten minutes and energy to spare, check it out.
